Vellvette September Box 2013

So, I just got my second Vellvette bag for the month of September and saw that no one had received theirs yet. Maybe I could be the first to share my spoils with y'all, arr!

First, the bag - it is pretty and very compact. Smaller than the usual Vellvette bags in pink and black that we have received before, this one is in red with white polka dots. The best thing - Vellvette's logo is not smeared across it but rather, there is a small tag for the same at the side. I don't know about you people but personally, I hate that and feel weird carrying such bags with me. Maybe I'm too picky. Anyways, here is the bag -

Now, for the haul. I got the following things -

• Beautyuk Eyeshadow Pallette no. 4 - Earth Child
• A Vellvette compact box with mirror and a hairbrush inside, and
• Just Herbals Advanced Ayurvedic Anti Pimple Treatment Kit

I love the eyeshadow pallette, the shades are soft and I am using my fingers to blend them. But they do come with a brush. They are really silky and spread quite easily. I love all the 10 shades!! Mostly because these are the kind of colours I would purchase.

The anti-pimple kit is bang on, again. I have read at numerous places the Vellvette sends stuff that is not as per the questionnaire we filled out at the beginning but my experience has been quite the opposite so far. I have really acne prone skin and this kit is perfect for me. It comes with a face wash that smells heavenly, and two pimple face packs that are mild but made my skin soft and smooth. 

The brush/mirror thing is perfect to carry in your purse. 

All in all, I'm happy with this anniversary bag and I'm hoping to get another 3 months subscription of Vellvette beauty box.
